• Organizations interested in participating in campus placements receive invitations from the DTU Training and Placement Department along with placement performance reports.
• The company completes the placement performance form, which includes information on the job offer, including the salary range, posting location, benefits, and other specifics. Placement performance can be sent to T&P, DTU (placements@dtu.ac.in) via email or postal mail.
• Students can see the organization's information and the job offer on the resume manager, which encourages them to apply.
• A group is given a date or dates by T&P, DTU for campus placements. The company verifies the date or dates with T&P, DTU.
• The organization receives the list of students who applied as well as their resumes.
• Employers can use a resume manager, which requires a password upon request, to shortlist candidates after viewing the resumes of interested students.
• On the designated date, organizations visit the campus to administer exams and/or conduct interviews according to their hiring procedures.
• The list of chosen students should be provided by the organization, ideally on the day of the campus visit.
