The GUJCET 2025 application form was made available online on the official website. Candidates seeking admission to engineering and pharmacy courses in Gujarat-based institutes must complete the registration within the given schedule. The last date to submit the form, with a late fee, is 15 January 2025.

To initiate the GUJCET exam application process, students must first register by providing their basic personal information, such as name, guardian's name, phone number, and email ID. After registration, candidates can log in using their credentials to complete the application. The form requires details like academic qualifications, preferred courses, and other relevant information.

Application Fee Payment

Documents required

  • The application fee for GUJCET 2025 is Rs. 350/- for all candidates.
  • Payment can be made online using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking via the SBIePay system.
  • Students can use the SBIePay “SBI Branch Payment” option to make offline payments and visit any SBI branch nationwide.

GUJCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Applicants must have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
  • Subjects: Candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics, along with Chemistry or biology, depending on the chosen stream (engineering or pharmacy).
  • Minimum Marks: General category students need at least 45%, while reserved category students require 40% marks.
  • Appearing Candidates: Students appearing for the Class 12 board exam in 2025 are also eligible to apply.

GUJCET Exam Admit Card 2025

The GUJCET exam admit card was released on 11th March 2025. Only candidates who have completed the application can download the admit card through the official website using their login credentials. The admit card is mandatory and must be presented with valid ID proof at the examination center. Admit cards are not sent via offline mode and must be downloaded and printed by the candidates.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Marksheet of Higher Secondary School (H.S.C.)
  • Marksheet of Senior Secondary School (S.S.S.)
  • Scanned copy of the candidate's photographs
  • Scanned copy of the candidate's signatures
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
