GUJCET Application

  • The candidates can apply for the GUJCET using the following link https://gujcet.gseb.org/.
  • You will be asked to register by entering your mobile number, email id, name etc.
  • The candidates will receive an OTP to the registered mobile enter and click submit.
  • Once submitted you will be redirected to a login page.
  • On the login page enter the login details and captcha and then click login.
  • On the screen, the application form page will be displayed.
  • Fill in all the necessary information asked without leaving out any blanks.
  • Upload all the necessary documents.
  • Along with the documents make sure you upload the signature and photograph in the mentioned format.
  • Make the registration fees and click submit.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education qualification: The applicant should have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
  • Candidates who are currently appearing for the 10+2 exam are also eligible to apply for the exam.
  • Minimum secured scores: The individual should have scored at least 45% in 10+2 and for SC/ST/SEBC/EWS individuals the minimum secured scores should be 40%.
  • Nationality: Indian citizens only will be eligible to apply.
  • Residences: The applicant should be born in Gujarat (or) The candidate should have studied 10+2 in the schools located in Gujarat (or) the candidate should be from Gujarati or should be living in Gujarat at the time of admission.

Admit Card

  • The admission card will be made accessible on the official website as soon as the GUJCET accepts the payment.
  • The admit card will be accessible for the candidates to download on the official website.
  • A printout of the admit card should be taken by the individuals.
  • On the day of the exam, you will have to produce the admit card printout to the invigilator

Documents required

The following documents should be uploaded by the applicant along with the GUJCET application form.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Marksheet of Higher Secondary School (H.S.C.)
  • Marksheet of Senior Secondary School (S.S.S.)
  • Scanned copy of the candidate's photographs
  • Scanned copy of the candidate's signatures
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Application Fee:

Application Fee INR 300
Late Application Fee INR 1200 (INR 1200+ 300)

Yes, the candidates can apply for the exam only in online mode.
The application fee for the GUJCET exam is Rs.300.
If you fail to upload the photograph and signature then your application will not be validated for the next process.
