GUJCET Pattern

The GUJCET entrance exam is a state-level admission test conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) for students aspiring to join engineering and pharmacy courses in Gujarat. The exam evaluates a candidate's grasp of the Class 11 and 12 science syllabus prescribed by the Gujarat Board. The GUJCET exam pattern consists of two main sections: Physics and Chemistry, and the other focusing on Mathematics or Biology, depending on the chosen stream. All questions are multiple-choice, and the exam is conducted within a fixed duration.

The pattern tests a student’s conceptual understanding and problem-solving ability, rather than memorisation.
