- The Placements Cell dedicates itself to working with alumni and teachers to get students ready for a successful placement season.
- Advice on creating concise, distinctive resumes, regular technical and non-technical training, holding aptitude tests, holding mock interviews and group discussions, and alumni mentoring sessions to help them succeed in interviews.

Alumni Mentoring Programme
The IIHMR University in Jaipur has launched an innovative program called the Alumni Mentoring Program.

Placements Process
- Invitations are sent to numerous organizations by representatives of IIHMR-U placement weeks before the start of the placement season.
- Admission Policy Companies desirous of recruiting from IIHMR University, Jaipur are requested to fill up the job notification form (JNF) and forward the same to placement@iihmr.edu.in.
- The organizations give the students access to the JNF (Job Notification Form) and the job description.
- The online platform allows interested students to register for a profile that will be shared with the company in question along with their resumes.
- The dates of campus recruitment are allotted to the concerned by mutual understanding.
- The list of chosen candidates and a copy of their offer letters will be sent to IIHMR University, Jaipur, after the last round of interviews.
- All organizations use IIHMR-U as their only means of communication. The offer letter and any other requests sent through the body will aid in upholding the integrity of the procedure and avert any misunderstandings.

Summer Training
Summer training is a mandatory session for the two-year MBA program (HM, PM, DM). After finishing the first year of the academic program, each student on the course is required to work in industry for a total of 8 weeks between the summer months of April and June. The summer training program seeks to give students the chance to apply the management ideas they learned in the first year to a real-world project to better comprehend and analyze commercial issues. The training also helps students get a taste of the field in which they are employed, which will help them decide on a long-term career path and how businesses run, as well as how to make judgments in a more relaxed setting.
