The Impeccable Training team, which operates under the direction of the Corporate Resource & Interface Center, runs an Employability Enhancement Program that prepares the students of IIMT University, Meerut to face the challenges of the corporate world while also becoming better human beings and competent professional once they graduate from the campus. The Training department has been grooming students in various fields and diverse domains such as Engineering, Commerce & Management, Hotel Management, Computer Applications, Journalism & Mass Communication, Law, etc.

According to IIMTU Meerut Placement, the average salary package offered was INR 3.2 LPA, with one student receiving the highest package of INR 33.50 LPA. Approximately 1000 recruiters visited the campus to interview candidates. More than 80% of students were placed on campus.
