MR Ambedkar Dental College Admission in Bangalore is done as per the guidelines laid by Government of Karnataka. Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is the chief counseling body for all Dental Colleges in Karnataka. The Counseling is done as per regulations laid down by Honorable Supreme Court of India, Government of India, Government of Karnataka, Dental Council of India, Affiliate University, and other Statutory bodies Concerned.

BDS:

The total intake of BDS is divided into three different categories – Government Category, Private Category and Others Category (NRI / Others). The management quota is subjected to the choice of the college management. The percentage of Seat division and BDS fee structure in each of this quota differ from one college to another. MR Ambedkar Dental College Admission Eligibility for the UG candidates

• Student must be eligible in NEET and produce the scorecard or rank letter from NEET UG.
• Student should have passed two years Pre University Examination conducted by Dept. of Pre – Uni. Education, Karnataka State or any other Board Equivalent to Class 12, Recognized by Government of India.
• Student must have English as one of the subjects and Physics Chemistry and Biology as optional sub. The candidates shall have passed subjects of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually.
• Student must have secured 50% marks in PCB.

The necessary documents and testimonials required for the admission -

• The certificate of eligibility issued from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. This clause is for the candidates from outside Karnataka and also for the candidates from foreign countries.
• Transfer certificate from the last passed college or institution.
• Migration certificate for those candidates who have passed from their Universities located outside of Karnataka.
• NOC (No Objection Certificate) in case of foreign students issued from Ministry of External Affairs, India.
• Matriculation certificate or any equivalent for the candidate's age proof.

The candidates are expected to go through the Ambedkar Dental College Fee Structure before they fill the application form. The candidates can choose their area of specialization from any of the eight offered from this college.

MDS:

The college also opens its admission for the candidates wishing to pursue their degree in Master of Dental Surgery. The candidates can pursue this degree upon completion of their Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery. They should also have completed their one year internship. This course is planned for duration of three years.

Eligibility criteria for the PG candidates at MR Ambedkar Dental College -

• The candidate must have his/ her degree certificate in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from any recognized University with the approval from Dental Council of India.
• A compulsory on year internship completed as Clinical Assistant/ Sr.House Surgeon / Tutor / Registrar / Intern in a recognized dental institution.
