The merit list for the entrance exam conducted by Punjab University for Undergraduate courses will be prepared based on certain components set by the university. The merit list determines the candidate's chance of getting admission to the university. The components that are considered in preparing the merit list are as follows first the CET merit with a weightage of 75%, second the applicant's 10+2 or equivalent merits with a weightage of 25% and last the over and above weightage of NCC, NSS, etc.
