The placement cell at Raiganj University invites companies to participate in the university's placements. If a company wants to hire students, it accepts the invitation. The date of the recruitment drive is decided after discussions between the placement cell and the company. Interested students can register for placements and submit their CVs.
After registration, students are shortlisted for the next phase of the placement process. The company gives a talk to provide information about their organization. Students are further shortlisted through written tests, group discussions, and interviews.
Once the selection rounds are over, students who pass them receive offer letters for employment.
