RTU Kota Placements

The RTU Kota placement cell is handled by the university's training and placement department. The RTU Kota placement cell organizes practical training and placement services for engineering and management students. Practical training is organized by private and public manufacturing organizations, government engineering departments, engineering consultancy groups, information technology companies, and other organizations to provide students with real-world exposure to goods and services.

The placement department at the university acts as a bridge between potential employers and students. As specified by the course curriculum all undergraduate engineering students must participate in practical training for 30 working days. Some of the top recruiters at RTU, Kota include Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, L&T, Tech Mahindra (MBT), Hindalco, Wipro, HCL, etc.

RTU Kota Placement Process

• Step 1: The RTU placement cell invites top companies from various industries to participate in the RTU placement drive.
• Step 2: Recruiters involved in the RTU Kota Placement Drive accept the invitation, and their participation on the drive day is confirmed.
• Step 3: Candidates interested in attending the recruitment drive must register and submit the necessary documents required for the recruitment process.
• Step 4: Companies visit campus and hold pre-placement discussions on days set by recruiters and the placement cell to familiarise students with the organization and its requirements.
• Step 5: To get selected students must clear several rounds which include a written test, personal interviews, and HR interviews conducted by recruiters.
• Step 6: Finally, candidates who clear all of the screening exams, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interviews (PI), are selected and offered jobs.
