The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Fee Structure varies depending on the program. For undergraduate programs like B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Sc., the fees range from approximately INR 90,000 to INR 1,50,000 per annum. Postgraduate programs such as M.Tech, MBA, and M.Sc. have fees ranging from approximately INR 85,000 to INR 1,30,000 per annum.

Doctoral programs typically have lower fees, ranging from approximately INR 45,000 to INR 60,000 per annum. Scholarships

The Student Merit Means Scholarship Scheme (SMMSS) applies to all full-time degree programs at SMVDU, requiring students to attain a minimum SGPA of 8.50 in the previous semester without any backlogs. The top 10% of admirable students are eligible for the scholarship. SMVDU provides a Research Assistantship Programme for Ph.D. students, offering Rs. 25,000 per month for the first two years and Rs. 28,000 per month for the third year, along with contingency grants. Recipients must fulfill academic support duties and maintain a minimum SGPA of 7.50. The university also offers a scholarship exclusively for female B.Tech. students, awarding Rs. 30,000 per semester to the top two performers based on SGPA, provided it is 8.50 or higher and there are no backlogs. Eligible candidates must apply within 15 days of the semester results, with the scholarship awarded based on SGPA ranking.
