The Sivananda Sarma Memorial RV College is an outstanding college with a rich education history. In short the college is known as the SSMRV Degree College. The college offers Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) and research oriented programs. The institute offers courses with an attractive fee structure. The college is affiliated to the Bangalore Central University. SSMRV Degree College Fee Structure:

The fees for some of the courses are as below.

1. Merit Scholarship : Awarded based on academic performance (>75%) for three years. Given on a first-come, first-served basis as per management's decision and budget.

• 1st Year: on 2nd PU marks (>75%).
• 2nd Year: If availed in 1st Year, apply based on 1st & 2nd Sem marks (>75%).
• 3rd Year: If availed in 1st & 2nd Year, apply based on 1st to 4th Sem marks (>75%).

2. Government Scholarships

• NSP Minority Scholarship (scholarships.gov.in) – For Muslim, Jain, Sikh, and Christian students. Apply online, submit documents, and receive funds directly.
• SSP Scholarship (ssp.postmatric.karnataka.gov.in) – Covers SC/ST, OBC, GM, Minority, etc. Apply online, link Aadhaar, and meet income criteria (₹2.5L max).
• Prize Money Scholarship (sw.kar.nic.in - SC/ST students) – For UG/PG students with >65% on the first attempt. Apply online & submit documents.

3. SSP Scholarship

The SSP (State Scholarship Portal) offers various scholarship schemes for categories such as SC/ST, OBC (E-Kalyan/PASS), GM, BBMP, Blind, Agriculture, Freeship Card, and Minority students.

4. Other Scholarships

• NGO – Team Everest – For single-parent/low-income students with >65% marks. Up to ₹30,000/year, skill training, internships, & placement support.

Fee Regulations

• The full-year fee must be paid at the time of admission and is non-refundable.
• Students should retain their fee receipts for future reference.
• Any outstanding dues must be cleared before collecting examination tickets.
