GD/PI is not too difficult if a candidate is prepared and updated on relatively current events. All candidates need to ensure that they read the papers and keep updated with the recent events. For PI one needs to be fairly well versed with their 12th syllabus. But the most important, is that a student needs to be well-versed with the English Language like it’s their mother tongue.
