Application Form
- Candidates can apply for admission by following these steps on the official website www.vit.ac.in.
- They should also have scanned copies of their documents, including a photo and signature, ready for submission during the online application process.
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidates should be Resident of India and have graduated from any Indian college.
- A regular full-time bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or first class for MCA or M. Tech programmes.
- A consistent academic performance in classes 10 and 12
- Candidates should complete all final semester/year exams before the selection process at VIT.
Admission Process
- Applicants are required to complete the online registration form through the designated link on the official website during the third week of January 2025. This includes the payment of a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1200/-.
- Then they have to register for the VITMEE exam, which is a computer-based objective test.
- The shortlisted candidates will be published on the website or personal SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number for online counselling.
- Shortlisted candidates will be asked to indicate their preferred campus and branch of choice
- Upon selection, the candidates must make an advance payment of 1 lakh to confirm their seat.
- It is essential for candidates to pay the fee before the deadline, otherwise their admission will not be considered.
Documents
- 10th and 12th mark sheet
- Statement of final year marks and Provisional degree certificate
All these documents must be submitted. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of admission and the admission fee will be forfeited.
VITMEE Admit Card 2025
The VITMEE 2025 admit card is scheduled to be released in the fourth week of April 2025. To download the Admit Card, candidates need to visit www.vit.ac.in. Please note that Admit Cards will not be sent through fax, post, email, or any other means
- The Admit Card will contain essential details such as the candidate's name, registration number, photograph, signature, postal address, exam date, time slot, test centre address, and instructions for the examination.
- Upon receiving the admit card, candidates should verify the information to check if there are any discrepancies and promptly notify the Director (PG Admissions).
- A valid admit card is mandatory to write the test. Candidates must present the Admit Card to the invigilators at the test centre for verification.
- During the examination, candidates must sign the attendance sheet at the given places. The candidate's fingerprint will be recorded and later verified during counselling.
- The Admit Card should be safely kept and presented for verification during counselling and admission.
