AILET Application Process

The AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) application process begins with registration on the official NLU Delhi website. Applicants fill out personal details, academic qualifications, and choose their preferred exam center.

Admit Card:

The AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) 2025 admit card will be available for download on the official website of National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi), which conducts the exam. The exact date for the release of admit cards will be announced by NLU Delhi on its official website. To download the admit card, you will need to use the login credentials (username and password) that you used while filling out the application form. It is important to check that all the information on the admit card is correct, including your name, photograph, and exam center details. If there are any errors or discrepancies, you should contact NLU Delhi immediately.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) 2025, as set by National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi), the conducting body of the exam, are as follows:

  • Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination (or an equivalent examination) with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Candidates who are appearing for the 10+2 examination in the current year are also eligible to apply.
  • For the 3-year LL.B. program, there is no upper age limit for candidates.
  • For the 5-year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) program, the upper age limit for candidates is 20 years as of 1st July of the year in which the candidate is seeking admission.
  • Candidates who have completed their 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University outside India must obtain an eligibility certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) before seeking admission to the program.

Documents required for registration AILET 2025:

The following documents will be required for registration for AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) 2025, as specified by the National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi), the conducting body of the exam:

  • Passport-sized photograph of the candidate which should be a recent one.
  • Scanned copy of the candidate's signature.
  • Class X and XII mark sheets and certificates as proof of educational qualifications.
  • Caste/Category certificate (if applicable)
  • PwD certificate (if applicable)
