AIMA UGAT Application Form

The All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts the well-known UGAT (Undergraduate Aptitude Test) for admission to numerous undergraduate programmes, including BBA, BCA, BHM, Integrated MBA, and others. Candidates must visit the official website and register by giving the required personal and academic information. Furthermore, they must submit scanned copies of their signature and photo in accordance with the guidelines. The application form is a vital step that allows applicants to complete the AIMA UGAT registration process and compete for admission to a variety of undergraduate management programs.

How to Apply for AIMA UGAT 2025

• Visit the Official Website: Go to the AIMA UGAT registration portal: https://apps.aima.in/ugat2025.
• Create a New Login: Click on “Fresh Candidate (Click here) to Create Log In”. Fill in your name, date of birth, email ID, and other required details to generate login credentials.
• Complete the Application Form: Log in with your credentials, fill out the application form with accurate personal, academic, and contact information, and upload the Required Documents.
• Select Institutes: Choose up to five participating institutes where you want your UGAT score to be sent.
• Pay the Application Fee: The fee is ₹750. You can pay via:
• Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking
• Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of “All India Management Association,” payable at Delhi
• Submit and Print Application: After payment, submit the form and print a copy for your records.
• Check Application Status: Monitor your application status through the portal.
• Download Admit Card: Admit cards will be available from June 9, 2025. Download it from the official website.

Documents Necessary for Online Registration

• Valid Email Id
• Scanned image of photograph (up to 50 kb)
• Scanned image of signature ( up to 50 kb)
• Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card) or Net Banking details
• Demand Draft in favour of 'All India Management Association'

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognised board or university or be enrolled in the last year of the exam.

Admit Card

In order to take the exam, you must have your AIMA UGAT admit card. The admit card will be available for download on the official website from 9th June 2025. Candidates must make sure they bring a valid photo ID and their admit card to the exam venue. The candidate are not allowed to take the exam if the admission card is not presented. In order to avoid any last-minute issues, it is advised to arrive at the exam site well in advance.
