CUSB Placements

The Central University of South Bihar Placement Cell is in charge of managing student job possibilities and placements on campus. The cell organizes Campus Placement events that graduate and undergraduate students can attend. Numerous college students from diverse fields have recently been engaged by well-known companies. Each year, reputable organizations like Care India (NGO), the Azim Premji Foundation, and the Gandhi Fellowship-Piramal Foundation visit the university's campus.

The Times of India, Hindustan Times, ETV Bharat, Hindustan Dainik, and Prabhat Khabar, among many other organizations, hired students from the media department. The placement cell is doing everything possible to match these organizations' and industries' needs with students' career goals. The Cell also seeks the students' holistic development while considering the needs and preferences of the various sectors.

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell's main duties are:

• Organize workshops for university students that are job-oriented and related to awareness.
• Offer students placement training that includes classes on creating resumes and cover letters, acting out interviews, having group discussions, etc.
• Invite corporate professionals for interactive seminars, soft skill lectures, and provide students with placement training.
• Inform the concerned (connected) centers and departments about available job opportunities.
• Set up career fairs and job fairs for job seekers inside the university.

The placement cell at CUSB has a strong emphasis on skill development, career guidance, and resume preparation in addition to assisting students in finding employment. To prepare students for the demanding employment market, they hold workshops, seminars, and mock interviews. Additionally, the university invites prestigious businesses and groups to hold campus recruitment drives, giving students direct contact with future jobs. CUSB has witnessed graduates from a variety of fields successfully land jobs in the public and private sectors over the years. To attain their career goals, students are encouraged to actively engage with the placement cell, take advantage of their academic knowledge and skills, and take part in the placement process.
