Admission Process
- Choose Your Program: The candidate should visit the official CEPT University website and apply for the course they are willing to opt for.
- Check Eligibility: The eligibility criteria vary according to the courses so the candidate has to check the criteria for the particular course they are applying for.
- Entrance Exams: Some programs at CEPT University require applicants to take entrance exams. Entrance exams like NATA, JEE Main, MAT, and UCEED.
- Application Submission: Complete the online application form through the university's official website and ensure to provide accurate and complete information.
- Upload Documents: Upload all the necessary documents, which include academic documents, mark sheets, standardized test scores, identification proof, and a passport-sized photograph.
- Portfolio (for Design Programs): If the candidate is applying to a design program, they are supposed to provide a portfolio displaying their design work, projects, and creative ability.
- Entrance Exam Scores: If the candidate has taken an entrance exam, make sure to submit the scores along with their application.
- Interview or Portfolio Review: As part of the selection process, applicants are required to participate in an interview or portfolio review. They should prepare to talk about their credentials, objectives, and selection criteria for CEPT University.
- Merit List and Selection: CEPT University will evaluate the candidate's application, entrance exam scores, and interview/portfolio review to create a merit list. Admissions to programs are offered based on merit.

CEPT University courses admission details vary by program. Admission to the B.Arch, Bachelor of Urban Design, and Bachelor of Interior Design programs is based on performance in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). For the Bachelor of Construction Technology program, candidates must take the JEE Main. Admission to the B.Des program requires a UCEED entrance exam score, followed by participation in a counseling session. Admission to the M.Tech program is determined by CEPT University's application screening and entrance exams.

- Statement of Purpose (maximum 1000 words summarising personal history of intellectual pursuits and research interests, reasons for pursuing doctoral studies, future career goals, and preliminary outline of research interests) (for M.Phil and Ph.D.)
- Statement of Research Intent (Maximum 1000 words summarizing the possible research directions, objectives, or methods (whatever is known). (for M.Phil and Ph.D.)
- Portfolio (for Ph.D. in Architecture)
- Written work sample
- Three recommendation letters. (for M.Phil and Ph.D.)
- Written work sample (published/unpublished papers, manuscripts, etc.) (for M.Phil and Ph.D.)
- Professional work samples relevant to one’s research interests.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree: The candidate should have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with a minimum of 55% marks.
- Master’s Degree: The candidate should have completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized board.
- Research: The candidates should have completed their master’s degree.
