  • They need to secure a minimum score of 45% from any recognized Board in India.

Eligibility criteria for International students are given below:

  • Students coming from an International curriculum must have AIU approval.
  • Applicants pursuing GCE/Edexcel should have a minimum of 3 A levels with a grade of not less than ‘C’ or its equivalent.
  • Students pursuing the IB curriculum should have 3 HL and 3 SL with 24 credits.

International Category: International Student Category covers the following three groups

  • Foreign citizens
  • PIO cardholders and
  • OCI (Dual Citizens)

Besides submitting their previous qualifications certificates in an English Medium, International Category candidates will require:

  • a) an IELTS of 6.0 with no sub-score below 5.5 or
  • b) TOEFL (paper) 550, TOEFL (computer) of 213 or TOEFL (IBT) of 79 scores.

Candidates who do not have the mentioned prequalification have two alternative options.

  • a) They can either take an Intensive Certificate course in the English Language (Full-Time) conducted from March to May each year. (OR)
  • b) One Semester Certificate course in English Language (Part-Time) conducted after regular class hours from June to December.

Candidates seeking admission through the International Student category, have to pay the International Student Category Fee.

Non-Resident Indians (NRIs): Students who meet the conditions mentioned below can apply under the NRI category. They will also have to pay fees applicable to this category for the entire course.

  • Candidates should be recognized as an NRI under the Indian Income Tax Law.
  • If either of the parents is outside India on a Work/ Resident Permit, except for Nepal.
  • An Indian citizen who received funding by any Institution/agency outside India, even though parents are residents of India.
  • Indian Citizen who has pursued studies for qualifying examination in any foreign/Indian syllabus outside India.

NRI fee is applicable for the full duration of the course.
