Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering offers an excellent placement division to help all students get job opportunities. In association with CIL - Centre for Innovation & Leadership and HR Division, the Centre offers pre-placement soft skills training to all students in order to prepare them for modern corporate requirements.

The college’s Placement Division also provides training in CV writing, aptitude assessment, mock interviews, group discussions, and other areas. Internship opportunities in various industries will be offered to interested UG/PG students. DSCE is dedicated to providing the best talent to industries. The Placement division collaborates with industries to develop students' overall development in accordance with industry standards.

DSCE Placement Training activities

• Organizing aptitude training programs to improve quantitative, verbal, logical, and reasoning abilities.
• Organizing soft-skills training to help students enhance their personality, confidence level, public speaking skills, conducting mock interviews, and group discussions.

For more than three decades, Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering has collaborated with numerous companies to provide students with internships and placements. Every year, more than 100 companies come to campus for campus placements. The college has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with over 30 companies to assist students with projects, internships, industrial visits, research, and placements.
