BATU University Placements

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University's Training and Placement Cell plays a critical role in guiding and assisting all UG and PG graduating students in finding suitable employment and a successful career. The Placement Cell operates all year to facilitate relationships between students and industries. Before participating in campus recruitment, the placement ensures that students are trained in accordance with the needs of the companies. The Placement Cell offers career counseling to all registered students.

In order to meet the requirements of the job industries, the Placement cell or the Career Development Center offers various training programs such as mock tests and interviews, group discussions, communication skills, soft skills, seminars and workshops, and so on. In addition, the cell invites HR Managers from various industries to offer training and placement activities for all students.

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University's Training and Placement Activities Include

  • Interaction with well-known organizations for campus recruitment.
  • Organizing Seminars/workshops on resume writing, interviews, and soft skill development.
  • Coordination of all Placement-related activities.
  • Assisting students in finding jobs in reputable organizations.
  • Job fairs are organized.
  • Making all relevant recruitment advertisements available to students.
  • Coordination with firms to learn about their needs and hiring practices.
  • Identifying students' and organizations' requirements and expectations in order to assist them in completing the recruitment process and achieving the goal: The greatest candidates for the best companies.
  • Organizing regular meetings with HR representatives from various firms and TPOs to promote recruitment.
  • To help students with industry training at the end of the fourth (PG) and sixth (UG) semesters.

A job fair was conducted at the university last year. This career expo was open to all of the college's graduates and postgraduates. Around 400 people attended this job fair, with 100 or more being chosen for interviews from various companies.

The Career Development Center at the university is in charge of placements.
The placement cell assists and guides the students in finding jobs at reputable organizations.
