CIL (Center for innovation and Leadership) was established in 2006 under Dayananda Sagar Institution to bridge the difference between pure academics and the realities of corporations. The centre aims to provide creative soft-skill training programs to allow individuals to become leaders in their field and to maintain a high level of individual and organizational success.
CIL provides the pre placements training to students who need outstanding functional skills, leadership and management skills, and an exemplary attitude to stand out in the current competitive environment. Organizations pursue expertise with both technological and interpersonal skills in today's vibrant job market. It helps students to know where they are and where they need to develop by engaging in placement training. Education in CV writing, aptitude testing, mock interviews, group discussion etc. is also provided by the placement division.
