GRI Dindigul Ranking
Dr. G. Ramachandran and Dr. T. S. Soundaram Ramachandran, two contemporary disciples of Mahatma Gandhi, founded the Gandhigram Rural Institute (GRI) in 1956. The innovative ideology of Nai Talim served as the institute's foundation. The ideology intends to bridge the cognitive and practical components, emphasize the total development of learners, and place a heavy emphasis on skill development through value-based education. Since its inception in 1956, GRI has always promoted higher education and has pioneered higher education in rural areas.
