GUNI Mehsana Ranking
The State Government established Ganpat University on April 12, 2005, with the enactment of Act No. 19/2005. The University Grants Commission (UGC) granted the approval under Section 2(f). The University has been granted Permanent Membership in a number of prestigious Academic and Industry Associations, including the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), the All India Management Association (AIMA), the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the International Association of Universities (IAU), the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), and many others.
Ganpat University Ranking Awards & Recognition
- Ganpat University received a 'Public Choice Award' in the 'Interface between Industry-Academia Category' for the project 'Industry-Academia Association for Preparing Industry Ready Employable Skilled Manpower and Promotion' at the '4th World Education Summit- 2014', which was held on August 7 and 8, 2014 at Hotel Eros in New Delhi.
- Ganpat University was honored as the 'Best Private University Overall in Western India' by ASSOCHAM and 'The Education Post in Education Excellence Awards- 2014' on December 8, 2014, at Hotel Silver Cloud, Kherva.
- Ganpat University's Centre for Management Studies (GNU-CMS) was honored in the category of 'Innovation in Building Academic and Industry Interface' at the 7th DNA Innovative B-School Awards (2015), held on February 18, 2015, at Hotel Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
- The university received a "Diamond Award" to eiTRA - Ganpat University at the "8th GESIA Annual Awards - 2015" presented on March 13, 2015, in Kherva in appreciation of Ganpat University's active partnership with eInfochips in the category "Best Industry-Academia Initiative by Academic Institute."
- Ganpat University was awarded "Best Educational Group (Infrastructure & Facilities)" at the 8th DNA Innovative Education Excellence Awards (2016), which took place on February 18 in Mumbai at the Hotel Taj Lands End.
- The Mehsana Urban Institute of Sciences at Ganpat University was given the "Flagship Award- The Most Upcoming Institute," which is a national award. This award was presented by the "Confederation of Education Excellence (CEE)" on April 22, 2017, in New Delhi, during the "5th Conclave on Excellence in Education" with the theme "Education 2025: Students First."

- Ganpat University ranking in India is 386th and 26th rank in the state of Gujarat.
- Ganpat University NIRF 2020 ranking was #76.
- The university was rated 4 stars by the GSIRF in 2020 and consecutively won the ‘Best University of the Year award from ASSOCHAM India in the year 2018 and 2019.
- Ganpat University was ranked by ‘India Today’ simultaneously for ‘India's Best Private Universities 2019.
- The Education Department of the Gujarati government honored GUNI with the "Excellence in Placement Activities" award in 2018.
- For its outstanding contributions to society during the COVID-19 pandemic, GUNI has received an award. A COVID Care Centre with 100 beds has been set up for the purpose.
- Additionally, it has received numerous awards from prestigious organizations for its contributions to students' futures by providing the best placement opportunities.
