The collections of the Libraries serve the campus's teaching and research missions and provide a broad platform for connecting current curriculum trends. Each institute's library is connected to the University Central Library, which houses over 1.20 lacs of high-quality printed materials and gives access to over 500 national and worldwide level printed journals. During the academic year, the university provides a variety of sports and fitness classes. Each sport has a specific coach who prepares students and puts them through rigorous training in order for them to compete at the national level.

Ganpat University provides hostel facilities to its students. There are around 18 hostels for both girls and boys, with a total capacity of 4000 students.
