GATA Exam Counselling

The results of GATA are generally declared within a few weeks of the exam date. Following the announcement of the results, the merit list is developed based on the exam scores. Candidates will be shortlisted for further phases of selection, such as group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI), based on their GATA score and other eligibility criteria. The final selection is based on the candidate's performance in all of these rounds.

Counselling

GATA counselling is a critical step that determines the academic and professional future of a candidate. Candidates should take the counselling process seriously and carefully select courses and institutions to ensure a successful future career. While attending GATA counselling, candidates should bear the following points in mind:

  • Make sure to have all of the essential documentation for verification.
  • Candidates should make a list of the courses and institutions they want to apply.
  • They should be informed of the counselling schedule and arrive on time for the counselling session.
  • Follow the directions and instructions provided by the counselling authority.

The GD Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission 2024 counselling procedure will only be available online. After a personal interview and document verification, candidates will be assigned seats.

The documents to be submitted are:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card
  • 10+2 pass certificate

The GATA exam results will be published on the application portal of the candidate.

The GATA counselling process begins after the declaration of the results.
