HNGU Patan Admissions

Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University admissions are merit-based. Aside from course-specific requirements, some HNGU courses also shortlist candidates based on entrance exams. Furthermore, HNGU admission for MBA, M.Phil, Ph.D., and other programs requires them to pass a personal interview or viva. The final merit lists are then posted on the HNGU website.

A CAT or MAT score is required for HNGU MBA admission. Similarly, a CMAT score is required for MCA admission to HNGU. The HGNU M.Sc admission process is administered on a merit-based basis by a centralized admission committee. Admission to B.Arch programs at HNGU is based on merit, with HSC and NATA scores considered. HNGU Patan holds a research entrance examination followed by a PI or viva for M.Phil and Ph.D. admission. Candidates with UGC/CSIR NET, SLET, or other relevant qualifications are preferred. The last date for HNGU UG admission is 15 April 2023.

Eligibility

• Students are accepted into the University courses based on their merit in the qualifying exams.
• Admission to the Master of Hospital Management is based on the score of MAT.
• Admission to LLM/M.Sc is on a merit basis through a centralized admission committee.
• Admission to B. Arch is through the marks scored in NATA.
• For admission to the Master of Planning Course, admission is through an entrance test and an interview.
