The applicants have to follow the below-mentioned points to apply for the HPCET entrances. It is necessary for the candidates to carefully follow each step to make their application process successful.

  • Registration: Visit the official website and register by providing basic details such as name, email address, and mobile number.
  • Fill out the Application Form: Log in with the provided credentials and complete the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
  • Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the required documents, including photographs and signatures, in the prescribed format.
  • Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online through the available payment options such as net banking, credit/debit cards, or UPI.
  • Review and Submit: Carefully review all the entered information and make any necessary corrections before final submission.
  • Print Application Form: Download and print the application form after it has been successfully submitted for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidates should have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with the minimum required percentage by the university to be eligible to apply for the entrance exam for UG courses.
  • They should have also studied the mandatory subjects in their class 10+2 mentioned by the university.
  • For PG courses, the applicant should have completed a bachelor's or diploma degree in the relevant courses with the required number of years and minimum marks mentioned by the university

Admit Card

  • Admit cards can be obtained from the official website by candidates.
  • They can download their admit card using their login details.
  • The candidates should check the admit card before downloading whether the information printed on it is correct.
  • It is mandatory to carry the admit card along with you to the examination hall.
  • You will not be permitted to take the exam without your admit card.

The last date to register for the exam was 23.04.2024
The candidates should immediately contact the university help centre through email notifying the mistakes.
