Online Registration Fee

• When filling out the application form, you must pay the online registration fee using a credit/debit card or net banking through the online payment portal provided by www.techadmissionshry.gov.in.
• The registration fee is different for each category: Rs. 700 for all Reserved Categories (SC/SC-D/BC/PH/FF/ESM/GIRLS/EWS) and Rs. 1000 for General Category.
• In all cases, the registration fee is not refundable.

• Marks statement and certificates of class 10 and 12
• JEE Main 2025 scorecard (if applying through JEE Main)
• Scanned images of passport size photographs and signature
• Credit/debit card or Internet banking details for payment of application fees
• Certificates of TFW/EWS or PwD (if applicable)

Admit Card

To obtain the admit card for the HSTES 2025 exam, candidates need to follow these steps:

• Application Process: Candidates must first apply for the exam by filling out the application form within the specified time frame. This involves providing personal details, educational qualifications, and other relevant information.
• Payment of Fees: After submitting the application form, candidates are required to pay the prescribed application fee. The fee payment can be done online through various payment modes such as debit/credit card, net banking, or through designated bank challans.
• Admit Card Download: Once the application process is complete and the fee payment is confirmed, candidates can download their admit cards from the official website of HSTES. They need to log in using their application number and password or date of birth to access the admit card.
• Verification of Details: After downloading the admit card, candidates must carefully verify all the details mentioned on it, such as their name, roll number, exam date, time, and venue. In case of any discrepancies, they should immediately contact the authorities for rectification.
• Printout: Candidates should take a printout of the admit card on an A4 size sheet. It is advisable to take multiple copies of the admit card for future reference.
• Exam Day Preparation: On the day of the exam, candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid photo ID proof (such as an Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, etc.) to the examination center. They should ensure they reach the exam venue well before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.
