Mock Test

To write an IIFT mock test, you should first familiarize yourself with the format and types of questions that will be on the actual exam. You can do this by reviewing past IIFT exam papers and studying the syllabus for the test.

Here are some steps to follow:

  • Create a study schedule and stick to it.
  • Gather all the necessary study materials, such as past papers and textbooks.
  • Begin by taking a full-length mock test under timed conditions, simulating the actual exam.
  • Evaluate your performance and identify areas where you need to improve.
  • Take more mock tests and continue to evaluate your performance until you are confident that you are ready for the actual exam.
  • Identify and focus on your weak areas. Take a mock test as close to the actual test as possible in terms of format, duration, and question types.
  • It is important to remember that taking mock tests is just one part of your preparation for the IIFT exam. You should also make sure to study regularly and review the material you have learned.

The amount of time should be allotted based on the weightage of each section and the number of questions in it.
Every wrong answer costs the candidates -0.5 points in general knowledge and -1 points in the remaining 3 exam sections.
