KLE Law College Admissions

KLE law college admissions aims to cater extraordinary learning experiences and foster the students with the most modern practices in the field of law. Thousands of students apply for UG and PG law programs provided by KLE College each year. The college operates and regulates the law courses with the approval of the Bar Council of India.

Admissions are offered for undergraduate law programs across various specializations like LL.B., BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB and postgraduate law programs in LL.M. across constitutional branch only. Students looking to enroll in undergraduate and postgraduate law programs can visit the official website of college and can apply online. Students can download the application form and proceed as directed.

Registration process:

  • Candidates are required to visit the official website.
  • Fill in the required details to complete the admission registration process.
  • Enter your mobile number and mail id that will be used for sending OTP and the online application form link.
  • Download and fill out the application form.
  • International students can send their mail request to enquiry@klelawcollege.org.
  • Submit the application form online or offline via e-Challan.
  • Once the application process is completed,a confirmation mail is sent to the registered mail id.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for different law programs are set by the admission department of the college. Candidates shall fill the application form only if they meet all the conditions set by the college. The eligibility for various law programs is mentioned below-

BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB:

  • Candidates should have qualified in higher secondary/ PUC/ Intermediate/ 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board, either state or central.
  • SC/ ST candidates are required to have a minimum of 40% marks in the same.
  • Candidate's age should be below 20 years for general candidates, and whereas it should be less than 22 years for SC/ ST/ OBC.

LLB:

  • Candidates should have completed graduation or an equivalent program with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university/ institution in India.
  • SC/ ST candidates are required to have 40% marks in the same.
  • The age limit for general candidates is 30 years while it is 35 years in case of SC/ ST/ OBC.

LLM:

Candidates should be a law graduates with a minimum of 45% marks (GM) in the qualifying exams, while it's 40% for SC/ST .

Selection process:

  • For the 5-year B.A.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., and B.Com.LL.B. programs, admission is based on CLAT/LSAT scores or 12th exam results, followed by a personal interview.
  • There is no direct admission; all students must follow the admission process
  • A personal interview is further held to shortlist candidates.
  • Students for LLB and LLM programs are selected based on their marks in qualifying exams or LSAT scores.

The admission process for 2025-26 is ongoing, with selection lists released as follows:

  • First Selection List: 21st July
  • Second Selection List: 28th July

Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST candidate).
