KLE University Law Admission

KLE law college admission aims to cater extraordinary learning experiences and foster the students with most modern practices in the field of law. The college is functioning and regulating the law courses with the approval of Bar Council of India.

Bangalore city is known for legal education through several esteemed institutions. However, the ever increasing crime rates, civil disputes and even cyber crimes indicate the need for more number of specially trained legal force to handle the cases in our courts. Keeping this in view, the KLE law society has opened this college under the affiliation of Karnataka State Law University.

Admissions are offered to the undergrad law programs across various specializations like LL.B., BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB and postgrad law program in LL.M. across constitutional branch only. Students can download the application form and proceed further as directed.

Registration process:

  • Candidates are required to visit the official website.
  • Fill in the required details to complete the admission registration process.
  • Enter your mobile number and mail id that will be used for sending OTP and online application form link.
  • Download and fill up the application form.
  • International students can send their mail request to enquiry@klelawcollege.org.
  • Submit the application form online or offline via e-Challan.
  • Once the application process is completed,confirmation mail is sent to registered mail id.

Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for different law programs are set by the admission department of the college. The candidates shall fill the application form only if they meet all the conditions set by the college. The eligibility for various law programs is mentioned below-

BA LLB, BBA LLB, B.Com LLB:

  • Candidates should have qualified in higher secondary/ PUC/ Intermediate/ 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board of state or center.
  • SC/ ST candidates are required with a minimum of 40% marks in the same.
  • Candidate's age should be below 20 years in case of General candidates whereas it should be less than 22 years in case of SC/ ST/ OBC.

LLB:

  • Candidates should have qualified graduation or any other equivalent with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university/ institution of India.
  • SC/ ST candidates are required with 40% marks in the same.
  • The age limit for general candidates is 30 years while it is 35 years in case of SC/ ST/ OBC.

LLM:

Candidate should be a law graduate with a minimum of 45% marks (GM) in the qualifying exams while 40% FOR SC/ST .

NOTE: KLE law college results are most likely to be released by the month of July/ August.

Selection process:

  • The students for integrated law programs are selected based on their score in 12th exams or LSAT/ CLAT score.
  • There is no direct admission. All the students has to follow the admission process
  • A personal interview is held further for short-listing of candidates.
  • Students for LLB and LLM programs are selected based on marks in qualifying exams or LSAT.
