Results

NID DAT result 2025 will be announced between February to May. The results typically include the list of candidates who have been selected for admission to the various design programs offered at the institute. The selection is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the written test, studio test and interaction with the candidate by the panel.

Candidates who pass the NID DAT are eligible for admission to the undergraduate and postgraduate design programs offered at the NID campus in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Counselling

The NID DAT 2025 counselling process is the next step after the results of the examination have been announced. The counselling process is typically conducted by the National Institute of Design (NID) and is designed to finalize the admission of selected candidates to the various design programs offered at the institute.

The counselling process typically includes the following steps:

• Candidates who have been selected for admission will be notified by the National Institute of Design through email.
• The selected candidates will be required to confirm their participation in the counselling process by submitting the required documents and paying the counselling fee.
• Candidates will be called for the counselling process as per the merit list, and they will be required to present their original documents for verification.
• After the documents are verified, the candidates will be allotted their desired course and campus based on their rank, preference, and availability of seats.
• Once the seat is allotted, candidates will be required to pay the fee for the program and complete the enrolment process.
