NITTE Engineering College Admission Procedure:

Admission in Nitte University are under the General category that is based on merit in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Govt. of Karnataka or COMEDK.

NMAMIT provides direct admission to the NRI/ Foreign Nationals/ under a 15% supernumerary quota. Admission under this quota is on merit basis and the student’s performance in core subjects like Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Science / Biology.

Candidates admitted under this category are required to produce proof of their NRI/ Foreign National / PIO status.

At the time of NITTE Engineering College Admission, a list of documents of the 10th, 12th pass certificates, Transfer, Migration & Conduct Certificates, Eligibility Certificate issued by the Registrar (VTU), physical fitness & blood group certificates, photographs are to be produced. Apart from these, foreign nationals also need to produce No Objection Certificate from the Government of India, AIDS Free certificate from a competent medical authority & Residential Permit (RP) issued by the Foreigners Registration office (FRRO).
