Admissions to the RNS School of Architecture are based on entrance exams NATA and JEE. Before applying to the School, candidates must pass either of the qualifying tests. The minimal requirement for entrance, according to the primary qualifying criteria, is Class 12.

Admission Process:

  • Eligibility criteria: The aspirant should have completed their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM)
  • Application form: Obtain and complete the application form of the institution. The application form will be available online and offline.
  • Portfolio submission: Architecture schools will ask applicants to submit a portfolio of their creative work, including sketches, models, or other relevant design projects. The portfolio is an essential element to display their skills and creativity.
  • Entrance exam: NATA and JEE Main are the two important examinations conducted for pursuing this course. The candidate should attempt and submit the scorecard during admission.
  • Interviews: Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview to assess their motivation, communication skills, and suitability for the program. Interviews provide an opportunity for the admission committee to understand more about the applicant and their passion for architecture.
  • Submission of documents: Submit your academic documents and other certificates required.
  • Admission decision: After considering all the application materials, the college’s admission committee will decide on admission. They will inform the candidate about the result, whether they have been accepted, waitlisted, or not selected.

Candidates must have completed their 10+2 education with a minimum percentage in aggregate and mathematics as a mandatory subject. Candidates must additionally pass a national-level architecture entrance examination (such as NATA or JEE Main Paper 2).
