RNS School of Architecture Course

A bachelor's degree in architecture, or BArch, is available at the undergraduate level at the RNS School of Architecture. The goal of this five-year, full-time program is to teach students the art of organizing, creating, and building different various of physical structures using a combination of academic and practical knowledge. A trained architect is involved in every phase of any construction project, from planning and mapping to supervising the construction. Candidates interested in becoming architects must possess both a rational and aesthetic mindset, as well as problem-solving skills. With a booming construction industry in India, BArch graduates have a wide range of job opportunities. A BArch graduate with the necessary qualifications can pursue various career paths, from architectural consulting to architectural designers.

As part of their curriculum, students will study visual arts and graphics, including computer graphics. Building construction is an important subject that looks at the supplies, procedures, and techniques needed to construct different kinds of buildings. Acoustics, electricity & lights, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning are all included in the category of building services. The information base for the architecture course is provided by courses like Theory of Architecture and the History of Architecture. The technology-focused courses include Earthquake Resistant Structures, Surveying and Levelling, Climatology, and Structures.
