Sandip University Admission Process

  • The form must be filled out with accurate personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Depending on the chosen program, applicants may need to appear for an entrance exam conducted by Sandip University or national level exams like JEE, GATE, CAT, etc.
  • Based on the performance in the entrance exam, shortlisted candidates may be invited for a personal interview or counseling session.
  • Selected candidates are required to verify their documents, such as educational certificates, identity proof, and other necessary documents.
  • Once the documents are verified, candidates need to pay the prescribed admission fees to confirm their seat in the chosen program.
  • After the fee payment, the admission is confirmed, and candidates receive their admission letters.

Eligibility Criteria For Sandip University’s UG & PG Programs

UG Program

B.Tech (Biomedical Engineering, Bio-Technology): Candidates who have completed their 10+2 exams with Physics/ Mathematics / Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject and passed their 12th with PCM/PCB from recognized board.

B.Tech/B. Tech. Computer Science & Engineering - With Specialisation in a) Cloud Technology and Information Security, b) Cyber Security and Forensic c) Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with a combination of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or any other relevant subjects with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.

B.Sc. AI, ML & VR: Candidates must have completed the H.Sc. (10+2) level examination in Science with Mathematics from a recognized Board/Council, securing a minimum of 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for students belonging to reserved categories.

BBA / BBA (HONS): Applicants should have completed 10+2 or an equivalent course in any discipline from a recognised Board/Council/University, securing a minimum of 45% marks for general (open) category and 40% marks for reserved category candidates.

B.Sc. in Interior Design & Decoration: Applicants should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent course in any discipline from a recognised Board/Council/University, achieving a minimum of 50% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the reserved category. Alternatively, they may have completed a 10th Diploma in any stream from any institute.

B.Sc (Microbiology/Forensic Science): Candidates must have completed 10+2 in science or an equivalent course from any recognized Board with at least 45% marks for general category students and 40% marks for backward category students. Alternatively, they should possess a three-year Diploma from any recognized Board of Technical Education or its equivalent.

PG Programs

M.Tech: Candidates who have passed a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

M.Plan (Town and Country Planning): Candidates should have passed B.Arch, B.Tech / BE (Civil), Postgraduate (Geography / Sociology / Economics) and B.Planning or equivalent Degree with minimum 50% marks and 45% marks for reserved category candidates in the qualifying exam.

MCA: Candidates with a degree in BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc IT, B.E (CSE), B.Tech CSE, B.E (IT), or B.Tech IT, or any equivalent qualification with a minimum of 50% marks.

MBA: For admission, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 55% in their undergraduate degree from any discipline. Alternatively, they may appear for CAT, XAT, MAT, or any state CET, or they must achieve a certain score in the "Sandip University Joint Entrance Exam (SUJEE - MBA).

M.Sc.: Candidates should have completed graduation in the respective stream or an equivalent course with a minimum of 50% marks for the general category and 45% marks for reserved category students.

The candidates should have appeared in either of these examinations SUN PG/PG CLAT/PG SLAT to be eligible for the LLM program at Sandip University.
