The KCET 2025 answer key is available in PDF format and can be accessed online through the official website. Initially, KEA publishes a provisional answer key. The KCET Results 2025 were declared on May 24, 2025, through the online mode only. Candidates must visit the KEA website and log in using their application number and name to view or download their scorecard.
The KCET 2025 rankings are calculated by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) based on a 50:50 weightage of the candidate’s marks in the KCET entrance exam and the qualifying examination (Class 12 or equivalent) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects. Separate ranks are assigned for different streams, including Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture, and Veterinary.
KEA releases the KCET Cutoff through its official portal. The KCET cutoff represents the minimum marks or ranks required for admission into various professional courses. These cutoffs vary annually based on several factors, including the exam's difficulty level, the number of candidates who appeared and qualified, seat availability, and category-wise reservations.
Candidates who meet the KCET Cutoff will be called for the counselling process. Final admission will be granted based on merit, preferences, and seat availability.
Candidates can find numerous top-ranked colleges for admission to undergraduate courses, such as engineering, pharmacy, and architecture. However, admission to the top colleges in Bangalore requires a good rank in the KCET, along with good percentage marks in the qualifying exams. The KCET Ranking for every individual is formulated by considering performance in both the entrance exam and the qualifying exams.
