The upcoming exam sessions of MAT Exam 2025 are just around the corner. AIMA (All India Management Association) has already released all the required notifications related to the upcoming MAT exam in the month of May and June 2025. The test will be conducted in CBT, PBT and CBT+PBT mode for admission to MBA and allied programs across the B-schools of India. The MAT Exam is conducted 4 times a year. The score of the MAT exam has a validity of one year.

MAT Exam Eligibility

  • The candidates should have accomplished a bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Final year students under UG programs (BBA, BA, BE, B. Sc, B. Com, etc.) are also qualified to apply.
  • Only pass marks are required to appear for the MAT exams
  • Admission to MBA colleges requires 50-60% marks in graduation.
  • Reserved categories are provided with a relaxation of 5% marks in the minimum aggregate.
  • There is no age limit to appear for MAT exams.

All the questions in the MAT paper carry an equal weightage of marks. The questions are asked within the syllabus only, yet the modeling of questions might vary from one session of MAT to the another.

The MAT 2025 exam will consist of 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided into five sections.
Each section has 30 questions.
You will be given 120 minutes to complete the exam.
