MGM Medical College Admission

MGM Medical College admissions are done as per the relevant regulations of the UGC, MCI, Government of Maharashtra and other Statutory bodies Concerned. Admission MGM Medical College is made through an All India Common Entrance Test – MGM UG-CET 2016 conducted by the college itself. The selection of the students will be done based on the ranks obtained in the Entrance Examination. Please note that General Merit Admission for MBBS in MGM Medical College is not available through AIPMT Counseling. Whereas out of the total number of MBBS seat in MGM Medical College, Aurangabad i.e. 150, 85% of total intake (127 seats) will be filled by the NEET-UG examination & 15% (23 seats) is Under NRI/ PIO / Foreign National Category.

Admission Process through NEET- UG:

  • The only authority to conduct the NEET-UG entrance exam is the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC).
  • MCC allows 15% of seats for MBBS through All India Quota (AIQ).
  • The rest 85% of the seats for MBBS goes to the state government’s admission process.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • The basic requirement to be eligible for an MBBS admission and NEET-UG test is a minimum of 50% marks in 10+2.
  • The student must have the following of subjects in their 10+2: Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biotechnology as their core subjects.
  • The age limit of the NEET-UG or MBBS admission should be 17 to 25 years of age.

The estimated fee of the course ranges from college to college, but on average, it ranges from 30,000 per annum to 20 Lakhs per annum.
The only exam considered for MBBS is National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)
