SNAP Preparation 2022

  • Certain changes have been made in the question paper as per last year in the number of special questions, the total number of questions, and the marking scheme.
  • Total number of questions has been reduced from 110 to 60.
  • The paper is divided into 3 sections: concept driven or Quantitative Ability & select areas of General English, practice intensive or Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and environment sensitive or General Awareness
  • There are a few things that make this exam different from other MBA entrance exams:
    • No sectional cut-off
    • Allows switching between sections
    • GK has been removed from the syllabus

SNAP Preparation Strategy:

  • Practise and revise the class 9-10 NCERT school Math books
  • Practice with tables, squares, cubes and decimal-fraction conversions, concepts and formulae. This will develop your comfort level with numbers.
  • Read good books and newspapers
  • Analyse each and every questions attemopted in the mock test, once the results is out. Re-try the questions that is skipped and write down any new approaches or shortcuts from the solution
  • Be thorough with the entire syllabus. Donot leave topics that are frequent in the earlier exams
  • Candidates should go through with the exam pattern and its structure.
  • Take regular SNAP Mock Test -appear for full length mocks and sectional tests. Give mock test regularly. It will enhance the time management skills

Mock Test:

  • The date of the mock test is from 18th November to 22nd November
  • Candidates, who have finished their registration by 17th November, are eligible for the mock test.
  • The login credentials for both slot booking and taking Mock Test shall be
    • SNAP ID
    • Password
  • Slot booking will open from 18th November 2022 till 22nd November; interested students can book an hour before the mock starts.
  • test duration is 1 hour
  • each questions will carry 1 mark
  • 0.25 will deducted for wrong answers
  • they can jump from one section to another section during the test
