UCEED Application

• Candidates appearing for UCEED 2026 should register at https://www.uceed.iitb.ac.in/. The registration could be done through the online registration portal only.
• Candidates should fulfill all the eligibility criteria to attend the exam. The eligibility criteria can be divided into 3 parts which are 1. Age limit, 2. Number of Attempts, 3. Qualifying examinations. If the candidate fails to fulfill any one of the eligibility criteria the registration stand is canceled. The registration is neither transferable nor refundable.
• It is the complete responsibility of the candidate to provide accurate information about the qualifying examination and category and upload valid and proper documents in the required format while registering. If the registration form is found incomplete the form gets rejected and is considered invalid.
• If any information submitted by the applicant is found to be false or the registration is not complete, the accepting institutes have the authority to reject the applicant's admission at any time in line with their current rules and regulations.
• If all the eligibility criteria are fulfilled the candidate can then pay the application of 3,800 and afford the online application to the examination.

Admit Card:

• The candidates can download the UCEED 2026 Admit Card from the registration portal (http://www.uceed.iitb.ac.in/ ) if their registration is accepted and is complete in all aspects.
• Name, UCEED Registration ID, Roll Number for UCEED 2026, Date of Birth, Category, photograph, signature, examination schedule, examination center details, and other instructions for the candidates that will be notified in the admit card.
• The admit card should be produced during the examination. If needed in case of any queries or clarification, the individuals can contact the UCEED via email or phone.

The fee structure for the UCEED 2026 is stated below:

Documents required for registration UCEED 2026:

• As mentioned in the appendices the certificate must be in the Central Government format.
• A recent color photograph of a full frontal (face) view, with the head centered in the frame covering 70–80% of the photograph and taken within the last six months. The candidate should be identifiable in the photograph (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted).
• A Scanned copy of the applicant's full signature on white paper (only JPEG image formats with file extension .jpg will be accepted).
• Certificate of clearing the qualifying examination, if attempted in 2025 (only PDF file types with the extension pdf will be accepted).
• For applicants who plan to take the exam in 2026, a certificate from the principal of the school or college in the format specified in Appendix 1 should be uploaded (only PDF file extensions with the letter "pdf" will be permitted).
• If the name of the candidate differs from the name listed on their Class XII certificate, a gazette notice indicating the name change is required (only PDF file types with the extension "pdf" will be approved).
