BITSAT Highlights
- Candidates can appear two times for BITSAT
- BITSAT will be held on two dates- BITSAT Session 1 and BITSAT Session 2. There will be a gap of a few weeks between both exams.
- Application window will reopen after the first session of BITSAT only for those who have appeared in Session 1 and want to appear for a second time.
- Calculators or logarithmic tables will not be allowed in the test centres
BITSAT Test Format
- The exam duration is 3-hour without a break
- The test will have 3 parts:
- Part I Physics
- Part II Chemistry
- Part III (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning
- Part IV Mathematics or Biology (For B. Pharm candidates)
- The question pattern will be objective type (multiple choice questions)
- Each correct answer carries 3 marks
- Each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1 mark)
- There will be no marks for questions not attempted
- The medium of instruction will be English
