BITSAT Highlights

  • Candidates can appear two times for BITSAT
  • BITSAT will be held on two dates- BITSAT Session 1 and BITSAT Session 2. There will be a gap of a few weeks between both exams.
  • Application window will reopen after the first session of BITSAT only for those who have appeared in Session 1 and want to appear for a second time.
  • Calculators or logarithmic tables will not be allowed in the test centres

BITSAT Test Format

  • The exam duration is 3-hour without a break
  • The test will have 3 parts:
    • Part I Physics
    • Part II Chemistry
    • Part III (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning
    • Part IV Mathematics or Biology (For B. Pharm candidates)
  • The question pattern will be objective type (multiple choice questions)
  • Each correct answer carries 3 marks
  • Each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1 mark)
  • There will be no marks for questions not attempted
  • The medium of instruction will be English

BITSAT mock test is a simulation of the actual BITSAT exam designed to help candidates prepare for the exam. The mock test is created to closely resemble the format, structure, and types of questions that will appear on the actual BITSAT exam.

Each correct answer is awarded three marks, while one mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. Unattempted questions do not carry any marks.
