Registration Process for Common Management Admission Test:

  • Register online with name, date of birth, city, mobile number and email ID
  • Fill the CMAT application form with personal and academic details and choice of test city
  • Upload scanned image and signature in prescribed dimension
  • Pay CMAT registration fees via debit card, credit card, online banking or mobile wallets

Eligibility for CMAT 2025:

  • Must be a citizen of India.
  • There is no age restriction for appearing in CMAT-2025.
  • Final year graduation students can apply for CMAT online exam.

CMAT Syllabus

The CMAT 2025 exam, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), is a national-level entrance test for admission to management programs across India. The CMAT exam syllabus comprises five sections, each containing 20 questions, testing candidates on a wide range of skills and knowledge areas. The five key sections include Language Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Each section is designed to assess different competencies: Language Comprehension evaluates reading and verbal skills, Logical Reasoning checks analytical thinking, and Quantitative Techniques and Data Interpretation measures numerical and problem-solving ability. The General Awareness section tests a candidate’s knowledge of current affairs and static GK, while Innovation & Entrepreneurship, a unique addition to the CMAT syllabus, assesses business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking. CMAT Preparation

This is a national level management entrance exam for admissions in MBA and PGDM programmes. It is a computer based three hours online exam. Some of the preparation tips for the exam:

  • Get familiar with the syllabus- While most of the questions are based on the basic concepts, some of the questions can be tricky and may require a lot of logical thinking.
  • Practicing mock tests is one of the most important tips that will provide useful insights into the exam. It makes easier for the students o understand their strengths and weaknesses.

CMAT Counselling

How to check the CMAT exam result 2025?

  • First go to the website of CMAT
  • Open the login page
  • enter the details-
    • Application Number
    • DOB
    • Security Pin
  • CMAT result will be displayed in the screen

Stages of Counselling:

  • First students will have to register online and apply for the counselling process. Without registration they cannot participate in the selection round.
  • Students need to pay the registering fee (fee will vary according to the colleges/universities)
  • Second stage is to fill their choice and lock the same. It is to be noted that after the choice section is locked, the data cannot be altered
  • Third is the seat allotment round. Students will get seats according to their rank, preference of the course and availability of the seats. Candidates with good ranks will have the first choice to select colleges according to their interest.
