CMAT rankings are determined by candidates' scores out of a total of 400 marks, which are influenced by factors like question difficulty, number of test-takers, and overall performance trends. The CMAT exam answer key, released by the National Testing Agency (NTA), helps candidates estimate their scores before final results are announced. Rankings are presented as percentile scores and All India Ranks, which are critical for MBA and PGDM admissions across 1,000+ AICTE-approved institutes in India. A higher percentile boosts your chances of getting shortlisted by top B-schools, as it reflects your performance across all exam sections
