IPMAT Counselling

The IPMAT entrance exam 2025, conducted by IIM Indore, is followed by a structured results and selection process. The provisional shortlist of candidates is expected to be released in the first week of June 2025, ahead of the final results. Candidates who appear on the final shortlist will be called for a Personal Interview (PI) round.

How to Check the 2025 IPMAT Results?

• Visit the official IIM Indore website.
• Click on the “Provisional Shortlist for Personal Interview for IPM 2025-30 Batch” or “Results” link.
• Enter the IPMAT Application Number and registered email ID or date of birth.
• Type the security code and click on “Get Status.”
• Your result/status will be displayed on the screen.

To check their results, candidates must log in using the credentials created during the registration process. The final IPMAT exam paper result is expected to be declared in the last week of July 2025.

The IPMAT entrance exam will be conducted in more than 34 cities across India, including:Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Noida, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi, Vishakhapatnam, and more.

• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, PAN, or Driving Licence)
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
• Printed application form and interview call letter

• Candidates shortlisted in the final result will be invited for a Personal Interview
• They must carry all necessary academic and identity documents to the interview venue.

Candidates will be shortlisted for PI based on their results in the aptitude test (AT). Candidates will not be considered for the selection process if they fail to show up for either the IPMAT or PI

Personal Interview

The PI round aims to assess the candidate's communication skills, analytical thinking, general awareness, and overall personality traits. The IPMAT PI round holds significant weightage in the final selection process. It is essential to make a positive impression on the interview panel to enhance the chances of securing admission to the IPM program.

Final merit list preparation

The listed candidates must show up for the video evaluation round. After the results are released, these candidates must upload a self-made video file within a time limit. A list of questions will be provided to candidates to record and upload their videos. Based on the results of the aptitude test, a list of candidates will be prepared.
