EOI form is the first step to apply for IES Franchise. Through this form we gather basic information about your profile based on which we evaluate your eligibility to run an I.E.S Franchise
Once we receive the EOI form and find you matching with our requirements we will send you "Letter of Intent" which will in brief cover the terms and conditions of our franchise and our Intention of allocating you a franchise in that particular location.
After this you have to send us the snaps / pictures of your Office Site for approval. The Site should be fit enough to run a consultancy office and should also be easily reachable to student community in large. The site should be as per standards laid down by company. If the site is not as per expectation then the prospect franchisee has to provide any other location in due time as mentioned in LOI failing which the company reserves the right to terminate LOI.
Once your site is approved, you need to send us the Franchise Fee in the form of either Cheque/DD/Online Transfer.
Once the Franchise Fee is realized, we will send you the Franchise Agreement which needs to be signed at your end and a copy of it should be sent back to us for our records
After completion of the above documentation, a comprehensive training on complete services will be provided at franchisee's office. Our new team will be introduced to the background & vision of company along with its service line. Training will also be given on different business aspects like operations, accounting, information technology, human resource, sales & marketing, technical aspects etc. After Training, one set of support materials will be provided to the franchise consisting of operation manual, marketing manual, technical know-how, artworks for marketing along with some other needful materials.
After the successful training of team, one can start the operations. However, at this stage too we will have a continued support system to ensure that you become our next success story
