XAT Application
XAT Application Highlights:
- Candidates can fill the form through online mode
- Registration cum application process for the 2026 exam is from July 10, 2025 - December 05, 2025.
XAT 2026 Registration Process:
- Visit the XAT 2026 website https://xatonline.in/
- Click on the 'Registration' option
- Enter information like name, phone number, email ID, password, and captcha code
- A unique XAT ID and registration link will be shared on the verified email ID
- Click on the link to verify registration
Submit the XAT Application Form 2026
After XAT 2026 registration verification, follow the steps given below to fill the application form:
- Go to the XAT 2026 homepage
- Click on ‘login’
- Enter your email ID and password
- The XAT 2026 application form will be displayed
- Add academic details, personal details, and work experience
- Upload a passport-size photo, a scanned signature, and a photo ID
- Select test cities for exam centre allotment
- Cross-check the information and check the declaration box
- Pay XAT exam fees to complete the application process
XAT Registration Fees:
- Registration fee without late fee is Rs 2,200
- For XLRI programmes candidates need to pay additional Rs 200 each
- Indian Candidates applying for GMP through GMAT have to pay Rs. 2500
- NRI/Foreign Candidates applying for one or more programmes through GMAT have to pay Rs. 5000
Important Note:
- Before applying candidates need to have a scanned (digital) image of his / her photograph and signature as per the specifications given below.
- In case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear, the application may be rejected.
- Candidate may edit the application and re-upload the photograph/signature in such case.
- Candidates can pay using Debit Cards (RuPay / Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
- After submitting the payment option, wait for the intimation and don't press back or refresh to avoid double payments.
- On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. If they don't receive any e-receipt it means payment failure. They will have to login again using their registered Email ID and Password and repeat the process of payment.
- They will have to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online XAT Application Form
Eligibility Criteria for PGDM-HRM & PGDM- BM & GM:
- Candidates from any discipline can apply for the exam
- Qualified three years bachelor's degree or any equivalent
- For NRI and Foreign candidates, they may apply through GMAT score.
XAT Selection Process:
- The names of XAT candidates will be announced soon.
- Candidates will be selected on the overall score in XAT or GMAT
- Academic performance will also be considered
XAT Admission Process:
- Register at the official website and apply for XAT
- XAT 2026 exam to be conducted on January 04 , 2026
- Shortlisted candidates will be announced for the next round of selection
- For the final round candidates will have to go through Group Discussion, Written Ability Test and Personal Interview
- Selected candidates will receive the final Admission offer on the basis of XAT score, GD-PI-WAT score, academic profile, work experience among other parameters
Candidates can apply for multiple programmes. Those who will be applying for more than one programme, they will be called for multiple testing rounds like interviews and/or group discussions.
